The Maurice Jagger Centre is a great place to be. Warm and welcoming and a great place to make new friends. There is quite a large diversity of things you can do. I enjoy the Whist drive, every Tuesday afternoon, it's great fun π
A Big well done to all the volunteers who keep this Centre up and running, it's most appreciated. The Maurice Jagger Centre is a wonderful plus for elderly people in Halifax with a variety of interests physical or listening to talks, sharing, interacting. Brilliant.
Lovely, welcoming place. Really clean and tidy and comfortable place for people to meet. I was just visiting but I was impressed with the space that can be hired out and has a large kitchen.
Wonderful summer fare with lunch and drinks available. Fantastic stalls for everyone to enjoy. Lovely friendly, welcoming establishment 5***
We go to the Centre for the Thursday Luncheon Club and it a great time. My wife goes to the Stroke support group once a month at the Centre as well
