Just discovered Edie and the Scarr Wood walking area. Super nice and a good cup of coffee. What a view as well. Easy parking and queit. Just head over and grab a cuppa.
What a lovely little van, parked in a very quiet spot in Halifax with a great view. The cappuccino was gorgeous and the cinnamon buns were lush. I need to go back and try the rest of the cakes! There was a very friendly young man working on Friday, and he even had treats for our puppy. I think Edie is a fantastic idea and i will definitely go back.
Located on Albert Promenade in Halifax. Open from 09:00 -14:00. Serves fantastic coffee and a variety of cakes. Beautiful view over the valley. An absolute gem.
Ignorant. Visited to have a coffee with my family and Edie was too busy chatting up a blond lady who called in from the local school. We stood there a few minutes and at no point did he acknowledge us. He wasn't even doing any work just chatting up the blond lady so we just turned around and walked away. This is not how you treat paying customers. .
Great coffee and even though I'm not an attractive blonde I was served quickly and had a chat. ..... and what a location!
