Harley’s Coffee Company, Halifax (Visited October 7th 2025) This is our own experience with this business, and we know different clients will have different experiences — but we always leave reviews based on the service we received when we ordered or visited. First Impressions Harley’s Coffee Company has a warm and welcoming feel from the moment you step inside. When we visited on a quiet morning, there was a steady flow of customers picking up orders, which is always a good sign. The display of pastries and cakes looked inviting and offered plenty of choice. Cleanliness & Safety Concerns The café itself was clean and well kept in the seating and serving areas. The only part that could use some attention is the upstairs bathroom stalls, which would definitely benefit from a makeover. Food Quality We ordered Pumpkin Spice Coffee, a hot chocolate and a selection of cakes, all of which were served fresh and tasted delicious. Ambience & Surroundings The atmosphere in the café was calm, relaxing, and enjoyable. There is plenty of seating available both downstairs and upstairs, making it a comfortable spot whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a longer break. Service & Atmosphere The lady who served us was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Our order was prepared and brought over within 10 minutes, even with other customers coming in and out. Facilities There is a good amount of seating spread across two floors, and the upstairs area also includes the bathrooms. Parking is available in the street bays a few shops down when spaces are free. Facilities overall are convenient, with just the bathroom stalls needing a refresh. I hope this honest review helps others make an informed decision.

The matcha is out of this world! Last time we had the blueberry matcha and the strawberry matcha, both with oat milk. This time we had a blueberry with white chocolate and the mango. Which is basically mango lassi with matcha. Today we also tried the brownies, which were insane! And honestly, the people running this place are so lovely and really focus on giving the best customer service. Can't wait to come back again when we're int he area in a few weeks

I can’t fault this cafe, really lovely atmosphere and the decor is modern, the cafe itself kept clean at all times. I came in the morning around 9am and the service was fast with very friendly staff. I go the pain au chocolat and the cinnamon roll hot chocolate (a special on their fall menu) and both were incredible. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Every time I go to Harley’s, I have a good experience - mostly because of Shez. She’s usually the one who serves me, and her customer service is always on point. She’s calm, friendly, and super patient, even when I take ages to decide what I want lol. Never makes me feel rushed. Also, the kunafa cookie and hot chocolate are my absolute favourites - I pretty much get them every time. Honestly, Shez is the reason I keep coming back. She just makes the place feel welcoming. Definitely recommend popping in, especially when she’s around.

I tried their house blend and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The caramel latte was another standout — not too sweet, just the right amount of flavor. They also have a great selection of teas and non-dairy options, which is always a plus. What makes Harley’s special is the personal touch — you can tell they care about their customers and the community. The staff is always kind, quick with recommendations, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you’re a coffee aficionado or just need a calm place to unwind, Harley’s Coffee Shop is a must-visit. Already looking forward to my next cup there!
