Mamil Cafe Bar is a fantastic spot I've visited quite a few times. It's almost always busy, which speaks volumes about its quality! They have a great selection of beers and food. It’s a lively, welcoming place and definitely worth stopping by.
We stopped here for a bite to eat and a few drinks prior to a gig at the piece hall. The atmosphere was very relaxed and there was ample seating indoors and out. There are special offers on food in conjunction with the piece hall which is a good idea. We had food which was nice and light/sharing and a few local craft beers which were great. Would highly recommend.
We had a bottomless brunch here, absolutely fantastic! We’ve done this a few times in our group, at various places, and quite often you find you have to chase for the drinks which can be quite frustrating when you want to make sure you get value for money. The food was fantastic and the drinks were top notch! Lana looked after us from start to finish and she’s a credit to Mamil! Great service and lovely food and drinks! Fantastic value! We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone especially for the bottomless brunch!
When visiting Halifax please don't leave this cafe off the list. Eggs Benedict to die for. Lovely food great for a breakfast. Looks like you can get Cocktails and dine in the afternoon/evening too. ❤️🙏
Halifax's newest bar, doesn't look that much different from the good mood bar which occupied this building before. A couple of cask ales, and half a dozen or so kegs mainly from vocation brewery, coffee etc. Food was disappointing, the tandoori chicken wrap was very dry, and had no sauce whatsoever, waste of a tenner. Bit of a bicycle theme going on ! Worth a look.
