Service was incredible. Staff were lovely and attentive. We ordered a few different things from the menu and each one was presented beautifully. The shop itself was clean, although it was busy, wait times were only 5-10 minutes. Would highly recommend!
The 2 girls behind till that served us, gave some excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place
UPDATED REVIEW - When I had posted regarding my complaint, after this the manager Nad, called me. A huge thank you for his call, he dealt with the situation greatly and much better than I expected, 100% a great asset to the team and honestly his call went a long way! Huge thank you :) I did delete the review as the manager is a great guy and sounded genuine!
Service is always incredible. The staff are lovely always serving with a smile. I recommend the Matilda cake. Warm with the perfect amount of sauce, it's definitely big enough for 2 people
Best place to go for desserts🍰🍦 This place never disappoint. The ice cream is so creamy and fresh, with loads of great flavours to choose from. Staff are friendly and service is always quick. Highly recommend.
