Let’s start with the customer service which sadly was absolutely terrible, from the queuing system to the till operator there is just no organisation whatsoever. We queued for 20 minutes to get to the front for the guy to ignore us and take telephone orders and shout at the kitchen staff. ordered to be told 25 minutes ( 1 hour and 6 minutes it took for our food to be actually made ) The staff looked absolutely lost the till operator I assume is the owner/manager was shouting where’s this why haven’t you done this yet you’ve missed this I need this constantly. They were uber collection folk and customers all crammed into the small space. We got a few different things on the menu. The Qatar mini burgers were a nice gimmick but sadly the cheese sauce and the burgers after all the time waited were cold. The chicken steak was very nice and the seasoned vegetables were truly excellent The mash was just instant and cold. The beef steak was super thin, cold and over cooked. The chicken tenders were also over cooked and ice cold. As a first time goer I was very underwhelmed by both the food and service They seem to be incredibly busy but that’s no excuse to send out food the way you do and to lie about time scales, 40 minutes of waiting later when we asked where our food was the kitchen staff asked for the ticket to be re-printed so I can only guess it was lost even though we was stood inside the restaurant the entire time
I ordered takeout from Frangoz, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I got home and began to eat my chicken, I found it was raw and pink in the center. I could even see blood in it. This is not only unappetizing, but it’s also unsafe and could make someone seriously ill. I was really hoping for a nice meal, but this experience has left me concerned about the quality and safety of the food. I won't be ordering from here again this issue is addressed, not only for myself but the safety of others.
Absolute joke, food took 2 hours to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was cold and raw, avoid at all costs, will be contacting environmental health and the food standards agency. Jokers
Chick-A-Cheetos burger was beautiful! Desi Spice pizza was perfectly done 👌🏻 Chips that came with the burger were nice and crispy too. Didn’t have to wait long for food. Very happy and will definitely order from Frangos again 😋
RAW CHICKEN !! AVOID AVIOD AVIOD RAW CHICKEN WINGS, honestly this has turned my stomach and will be contacting food safety standards.
