This is a buzzing restaurant with friendly and attentive staff, a varied breakfast and brunch menu with tasty food. The drinks are very good and include herbal teas and different types of milk. They also have delicious cakes and other baked goods. They cater for Vegans and Vegetarians and gluten free as well I believe. The toilets are a disappointment as there is only the one (probably a space issue) and it is really in need of a good deep clean and regular checks. That is the only reason I didn't give a five star review. Sort out the toilet and I will give 5 stars. Otherwise excellent 👌
Absolutely beautiful place, the food and drinks we had looked and taste amazing. The best quality ingredients cooked by the best chef's and served by the very best servers. This breakfast was hands down the best I've ever had. The staff are a credit to the owners.
The food & the atmosphere is spot on in this place. It was busy but not overly noisy. The staff were very welcoming. Lots to choose from the menu & reasonably priced on most items. I decided on the Croque Monsieur sandwich, which tasted gorgeous. The cheese & ham was quite tasty & the crispy sourdough bread complemented the two together. 10/10.
⭐️ It’s the best place in town!!! Been wanting to visit Hatch for ages, and it did not disappoint. What a brilliant place for Halifax! Always a winner. Highly recommend the lentil Dahl for a little bit of spice. Spacious and trendy interior, funky music 🎶 playing and a great range of food choices. I wanted to try everything so I’ll need to go back! Opted for the English breakfast as a first/safe choice and it was cooked to perfection - opted for poached eggs as a test! We also had eggs Benedict and this was also cooked to perfection. We had two coffees and two oranges juices. The cappuccino was delicious!! Ordered the wrong coffee and it was no problem to replace. I will be going back!
Had a great brunch here (eggs benny on English Muffin and smoked salmon with cherry berry smoothie, my partner had the sausage sandwich and said it was tasty). The staff was very nice and attentive, the food was prepared quickly and tasted great, the prices were a little high -especially compared to menus I saw online beforehand-, and the restaurant had a few tables filled but not too full. I'd definitely come back and happily bring people here.
