We have visited this beautiful restaurant many times and the food just never disappoints ..the staff go above and beyond to help with your experience and the waitresses and waiters are very attentive especially the manager Alfonso you all work so hard and it obviously pays off as we keep coming back The octopus tail starter was absolutely cooked to perfection and the sauce was very nice and the monkfish with pasta main dish was delicious too. My partner had deep fried mozzarella and then Veal in a cream and mushroom sauce 😋 which he said was very good sadly no room for pudding this time But thank you everyone for another lovely experience

This is one our favourite restaurant and we have left a review before, but we felt compelled to do another because the quality of ingredients, how they are put together and how they are cooked is simply outstanding - and all with consistently high standards. All the serving staff are really helpful, professional and friendly without being overbearing. The young lady who now meets and greets and maybe managers the restaurant always does an amazing job, a real asset to the business. Special mention for our waiter. Alfonso who went above and beyond to make our experience special and made personal recommendations which were spot on. If you haven’t been here, you should. Of course we’ll be back soon

We went to Pollino’s last night for the first time we booked at table for 4:45pm 3 people! When we arrived the guy was very friendly and warmly ordered our food came in no time at all! We ate our meal and they came and asked if we would like another drink so we ordered another round and carried on chatting they then came 5 mins later and asked if we would like anything else we said we was ok at the moment as we had our drinks a few mins later came again would you like anything else desserts etc! Again no we are ok at the moment thank you! 5 mins later a lady came in just giving you your bill and put it down and walked off, less than 5 mins later another lady came and said can I take your bill have you paid yet! To which my sister said, what we would like is to actually be able to enjoy our drinks without been felt like we are getting kicked out! She apologised and walked off 10 mins later another lady came and said can I have your bill please and has everything been ok we drank our drinks and said yes up until the last 20-25 mins where you have tried your upmost to get us out of here! We had not once been told the table was only available for an hour and 15 mins max the lady apologised again and said we are just really busy with all these other tables! Again not our problem she then said once we had downed our drinks we do have an upstairs if you want to go up and have a drink! Again no one made us aware of this when we felt like we was been ushered out of the joint! All in all the food was amazing the atmosphere was crazy loud but they did have a few parties in but the services really really spoilt the whole experience and will think twice before returning!

Phenomenal service, absolutely delicious food everytime we’ve been. I went for the calzone with extra garlic and they certainly weren’t shy as I asked

Beautiful food as always. Staff are so friendly and attentive, our favourite place to go out without the kids. Thanks guys. We will be back again soon. X
