Ordered yesterday after recommendation from my brother. Despite it taking 1 & half hours to arrive I'm still giving 5 stars because the food was delicious,I honestly thought it was going to arrive cold but no, piping hot. The chicken is better than kfc & the fries better than McDonalds! The staff were lovely,very apologetic,even when it was delivered still apologising. The last guy I spoke to was right - it was worth the wait. Definitely ordering again🙂
I clearly asked the person on the counter for chips and cheese. When it arrived I asked for some salt on as they didn't have it in display, the worker took them into the back and put lettuce on it. I asked if they'd give me a fresh portion, as I didn't order salad on it. The guy tried gaslighting me telling me I asked for salad not salt. Would not go back as the staff was rude.
We tried this place today for the first time. Probably one of the worst takeaways we’ve ever experienced. The food had no flavour in it whatsoever. The burgers were bland and tasted as though it had water injected into it. The sizzler was not spicy at all. It was the exact same as the regular fillet. Don’t advertise something as spicy and then deliver that crap. But the main issue was the flavour. I understand some people have zero tastebuds and this food probably caters to them but to us, we need flavour and your food just didn’t do that for us. We will never order from here again.
Food was great but be careful ordering from food delivery apps because they will just hand off food to anyone who answers the door for them without asking for any codes
I had a great experience the food was great so fresh cooked to perfection me and my mate enjoyed it Junaid who works there was an amazing help and very friendly with us , People like him are true meaning of customer service .I would recommend people to go to cravies because of how good the food was but especially because of the customer service keep it up thanks for the best delicious food and taste 10/10
