Extremely disappointed. Ordered at 7 PM, but it arrived at 8:30 PM stone cold. The chips were soggy and the main dish lacked flavor. Tried calling, but the staff were dismissive. Won’t order again. You’d be better off across the road at Dixy Chicken
One of the worse places in Halifax , I ordered a Florida spicy burger meal and request kindly to make sure the burger was spicy, however the burger was bland. I had to wait over 1hour for my food. The paper menu provides misleading information as the prices have not been updated ever since 2015 according to the owner. The food quality was terrible and the food was very expensive. Lastly, my order was taken from some 10 year old child I mean it’s a Friday night and it’s 2am in the morning and surprisingly this young kid is taking orders, handling cash and answering calls etc. I would highly recommend to avoid at all cost !
The WORSE experience ever!!! Placed my order, I was told 30 minutes- 45 minutes. It was 50 mins, I rang again to find out where the delivery driver was. I was told the oil wasn't heated up, so another 15 min. I waited atleast over one hour. I called again to find out what was going on. They said another 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place!! Very poor service!!
Was over charged, until challenged. They have a hand written note saying some prices had increased, you can't see or read it. I did not see this, and was awkward to bring this to there attention. I did ask for Non Spicy Chicken on 2x out of 3x meals I ordered, wrong order on 2x of them. The food I had was nice but over priced for what we ordered. Overall I was disappointed and I don't think I will be ordering again.
AVOID Waited an hour - no food, rang the store and was told the driver has set off it will be 5 mins. Twenty mins later - no food. Phone number on Uber Eats is wrong so they don’t have to answer calls, (change the last 2 digits to get through to them) They are even worse when you go in store, last time we were short changed £5. Absolute robbing, lying ********
