Ordered a large kebab, received this tiny portion along with a naan bread that wasn’t ordered. Rang to report a mix up in the order, was told they would call back. Ten minutes later no call back, so called them back only to be advised they tried to call back (no call was received) and “it is what it is” as to the reasoning the portion was so small. Service received over the phone was very poor, the guy couldn’t care less. Extremely misleading to say this is a large portion, when it resembles what would be the size of a child’s portion. Used them many times before and have never had an issue with other items. This experience has unfortunately put us off ordering in the future.
We placed an order on just eat for delivery. After waiting for a bit Rominos cancelled the order and lied saying that they had tried ringing us but couldn’t get through. There was no messages left or missed calls. Disgusting attitude, I would advise against using this place. I can’t make any comment about the food as we didn’t get ours
We order from Rominos very regularly and though we once had an extremely small portion delivered we would use them time and time again. The chicken doner, doner meat and meal deal 2 are our go to dishes. The chicken burger and mozzarella sticks are particularly nice!

Got a sloppy pizza. Ordered at 11:55 came at 12:10. It takes 6 minutes to get here. Not 25. Took it to the wrong address. Pizza was meant to be a chicken mushrooms and sweetcorn. Ended up a sloppy mess in the end. Very dodgy how they manage to delete tracking. Just eat have been advised. I would never go here again.
