I love bubble tea one of the best bubble tea I have ever had from England definitely recommend this place best costumer service
Absolutely awful customer service. I went in and ordered a chicken baguette and chicken fried rice. A woman served me, I paid in cash before my food was given. After waiting 10/15 minutes a man came out and gave my food, he said something and then disappeared behind back again. I drove home only to realise they had only given the chicken baguette and did not give my money back for the rice. I tried ringing but they had shut. I went in the next day to explain what had happened, the man who served me was extremely rude and said he wouldn’t give my money back but just gave me the rice instead. I complained but he insisted he wouldn’t give me my refund. The chicken in the rice tasted awful, and was blatantly undercooked. I had to bin it. So overall their service was shocking, I definitely don’t recommend this place.
Best food in all of Halifax, fresh, delicious and very generous portion sizes great value for money staff are very friendly. The establishment itself is very very clean despite being just off the borough market. I wish them well and hope they have a very successful future.
Nothing was too much trouble. We actually walked in after they had closed. Still took our order. We were prepared to eat out but he said we could dine in. Food freshly cooked and very fresh ingredients. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service.
I always bought summer roll from there when I'm in town , I sometime bought two sometime three , and they gave me one pot of sauce that's fine , ...today went there to get 10 summer rolls , they give me one pot of sauce I asked for more they will charge me £1 more for sauce , I said I bought you 2 rolls you gave me 1 pot if now I bought 10 roll you will give me one it's not enough for 10 ! And will charge me for more sauce. Ridiculous !
