I would like to thank a worker named Katie, she was extremely helpful with helping me confirm my ID, I have been trying for awhile to have my account verified but everything I had was not successful, I was extremely stressed out but Katie helped me and I am so grateful for her being able to help me

I have been in the Halifax branch several times over the past month and all the staff hVe been extremely helpful despite being a busy branch. They gave assisted me with all enquiries when changing my account to them and setting up savingss account. It is a delight in being able to actually soeak with a member of staff in person. Well done

Halifax branch staff very kind and helpful Why have most nationwide only got two banking widows? Come on you lot on the higher up ( those who want our votes) Get your brains working We need more staff at the Nationwide windows and I do not want machines. Staff are helpful, machines are not!

what a difference in customer service,we have accounts with both nationwide and lloyds and needed to request printed statements from both banks, the male staff member at nationwide couldn't have been more helpful,while the lloyds member of staff didn't seem at all interested past telling us we can only have a maximum of 3 months and to wait in a different cue if we needed them,well done nationwide

Service has really gone down hill over the years. Been a member 20 years. Spoke to head office on phone and all they say is go into branch to have enquiry dealt with. Soon as you enter branch all they keep suggesting is new products.
