I’ve been getting nano extensions from Jess for several months. At first, I was happy with the quality of the extensions, but unfortunately, the service and communication went downhill. Despite clearly explaining what I wanted with my hair, my requests were increasingly ignored. I started out with a full blonde head, and over time, the back of my hair was completely neglected—even after specifically asking for it to be done. To make matters worse, when I had to cancel my final appointment due to personal reasons, I was still required to pay half the cost, which I found really unfair and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review not to be spiteful, but to give others a clear picture of my experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hairdresser based on how things ended.
My favourite salon ever! I’ve been getting my lashes done now by Zara for over 3 years and she amazes me every time I get them done. I never leave the salon disappointed! I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! All the girls in the salon are lovely and so welcoming! Such a great set of girls! I love how far the salon has come since first opening! Super proud x
Jess is the girl to come to for anything hair related! She is amazing across the board and never disappoints! Couldn't trust anyone more with my hair. Her service as a whole is 10/10 and I always leave more than happy with my hair. If I could have her do my hair everyday I would! I couldn’t recommend enough!
I have been going to House of Glam now for over a year now. You are constantly greeted by the loveliest girls ever. I get treatments with Zara and Tabby. I always look forward to my appointments, they make it the best experience always. Conversation flows, blankets offered when in colder weather, the kindest girls, and you will always leave with the best results. Highly recommend going to any of the girls at House or Glam. You’d be making some lovely friends and leave the salon feeling 10/10 always❤️❤️
