Avoid! Go somewhere else! If only you could give 0 stars. Absolute joke of a place. Every since they moved into town all they care about is money! The services have gone down hill and shorter. Sophie isn’t even there most of the time. They don’t confirm the appointment and then charge you and when you do come in without an email confirmation they say you don’t have an appointment when they messed up on their side. Just love to take money out of your account as they have your details saved! And they don’t delete these ever. The facial I did, gave me a burn mark for months but apparently that’s ‘normal’. They took no accountability for it which is why they make you sign a form. They hate refunds so don’t bother asking. They make a big issue even though it is a fault on their side and they forget what you have paid for from the deals they offer. They always make you wait as they are behind gossiping. If you get waxing done you will come out with bruises and not all of the area will be waxed properly. Teeth whitening makes your teeth worse! The tan comes out awful and streaky in patches. The laser does not work despite them saying it does they do not do it properly just skip over it quickly in 1 direction. Best to find an alternative place. Don’t waste your money.

Sophie is amazing! I’ve been going to Oh So Slow for laser hair removal, facials, and Botox—and the results have been fantastic. She’s professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve found Sophie!
