My first car I got through a family friend, so this was my first real purchase with no guidance. I inquired about the car through AutoTrader and AJ was on the phone with me in the next 5 minutes. I was expecting an aggressive salesman and being inexperienced in buying cars I was questioning everything and very weary about every step. AJ made this experience a lot easier, we talked a lot during the process and he made everything crystal clear and at no point did I ever feel like I was being exploited. This car was going to be a big step up for me as I went from a beaten 2004 Ford to a 2015 Volvo and I'd like to add that Sam who works with AJ did a fantastic job on talking me through everything the car had to offer. Now a few weeks after the purchase the car runs great and I've had a catchup with AJ in terms of how the car is doing and some other questions I had. I don't leave many reviews for companies I have dealt with, however I feel strongly about leaving one for AJ Motors. A genuine pleasure to deal with, AJ dealt with us in such a manner that made us feel that our experience of purchasing the car was important to him. We had an issue with the car after we took it away (nothing that could have been foreseen), AJ was onboard with us straight away and wanted to put the issue right. He offered us a few options to help us get the issue fixed, however in he end we decided to return the car and AJ made this process simple without any fuss. I wish that dealing with other used car dealers was as pleasant as our experience here with AJ.
