These guys take the term "Dodgy Dealer" very seriously. Bought a Tiguan from them in May 2025, all seemed good, had to wait a little longer than I thought while it had a service but thought that's a good thing. I get the car and before long I notice the coolant is empty so I buy coolant and top it up, I then get a light saying it needs an oil service. Also noticed the tyres have slow punctures as they're constantly needing to be topped up. Before long the coolant is empty again and needs refilling so clearly it's leaking. Since it was within 6 months it's their responsibility to fix (as per the Consumer Rights Act). A month after asking about it they take the car in and hold it for 10 days without telling me anything about what is happening. On day 10 the garage they used tells me the coolant leak is there but it's not their issue for reasons that are very easy to disprove. Dynamic then refuse to repair the car. Very obvious that the garage they used took their side as it's beneficial for both of them to do so. I look into rejecting the car and in the meantime find another one so decide to cut my losses and sell the car. It gets valued at a regulated dealership and I'm told that the car hasn't had a service since 2020 (despite having to wait longer for the car while it was serviced) and that the car has had body panels replaced poorly as they weren't aligned properly, so the car has been in an accident and I wasn't told about this. This meant the value of the car was far lower than I paid for it. I've lost a lot of money throughout this process cause Dynamic Motors sold me a dodgy car which they no doubt knew about or didn't care about. They didn't service it and didn't do anything to look after the car. Currently in the process of legal action against them to compensate my losses of around £5000 and for their breach of contract and regulations. If you're reading this, read the other reviews and then honestly just go to a regulated dealer, you might pay a little more, but you'll get a much better car and if anything goes wrong with it they'll actually help you. Dynamic Motors is the definition of a dodgy dealer. Please avoid them.

Bought a Mercedes A180 from dynamic motors company and I must say I'm very pleased both with the car and the company. Easy to deal with, honest and accurate description. Would definitely use again. Thanks guys

Purchased a Renault Captur from this company. Went and viewed the vehicle and agreed to have it. They arranged for fresh service, MOT and for it to go to the body shop for some repairs to some small damage which I didn't even notice much when checking over it. They found a further problem when they did their final checks and notified me that they are getting this sorted too. Collected on 20th July and drove it home. Car is fantastic, the lads in there are brilliant. Fantastic service, felt no pressure in the sale and very pleasant people.

Start with the most important! Avoid this company! I bought a car with finance through Zuto! After they got paid they informed the car is not working has some problems with the car . (engine light is always on) They told me it's a small problem and takes a couple of weeks to fix it. I waited almost 2 months for the car and they said they still need 3 weeks to fix it . They can't find anybody to fix the car . In England in the 21st century? They didn't contact with me I always had to call Zuto get some update! When I bought this car they said this car is perfect condition and everything works fine. I had to cancel it. Just waste your time and your money with this company! Rubbish.

Guy was friendly, offered to have vehicle delivered to my home or work and paid for my taxi home while I await fresh MOT.
