Having recently searched high and low for a car for my son it was refreshing to come across an honest and down to earth dealership. From the very first meeting I was under no pressure to buy the car, infact it was one of the best buying experiences I have had in a very long time. The car was as described in the advert. No bumps, hidden scratches or overspray. The car had been fully valeted inside by the valeters that share the premises. Lil the owner produced all the relevant paperwork which I was able to read at my leisure. We took the car on a very long test drive, where I was able to listen for any noticeable faults, safe to say, none were found. The rear brake discs and pads looked a bit worn even though the car had just past it's MOT. Lil said he would change them for new ones and also fit new pads, which he did. As a rule I'm always very wary of car dealers, but Lil and IP MOTORS have shown me that there are indeed trustworthy dealers in this world. I would 100% recommend IP MOTORS to any of my family and friends. Thanks for selling me the car Lil, my son loves it.

I’d like to offer a review of IP motors, Halifax and the owner “ Lil”. I drove my friends to see a car and this car was of very good quality - there was nothing to fault the car, so my friends bought it. The business owner “ Lil” went over and above to help my friends to arrange everything needed to drive the car away legally. He sent a long time making sure everything was completed correctly and gave printed copies of everything. He is a kind good businessman and I hope to refer more friends to him, even if I have to drive 2.5 hours to reach Halifax.

We can’t thank Lil enough! We bought a car from him about three weeks ago and had a great experience—he was honest, there was no pressure at all, and the car came with a clean MOT, lots of new parts, and a 3-month warranty. Fast forward to today (the Sunday before the May bank holiday), and the shock springs suddenly went. To be fair, that’s one of those things that can happen anytime due to general wear and tear. Still, I gave Lil a call this morning, and without hesitation, he told us to bring the car over and he’d take care of it. Sure enough, within three hours the car was back on the road—no fuss, no arguments, and he sorted it as a gesture of goodwill. Absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommended. Thank you again, Lil!

I have no hesitation in recommending IP Motors Halifax and Lil, the owner. The garage has very easy links to the motorway system which I found extremely useful. I purchased my car in last few days. I trust Lil that he is truthful and a 3 month warranty gives me peace of mind. He is an extremely knowledgeable guy and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him 100%. His vehicles are absolutely everything he says they are. I truly believe he wouldn't sell anything that didn't meet his high standards.
