Can't fault these guys. Viewed my new car Saturday and by Wednesday I was collecting it, MOT'd, prepared and the paperwork sorted. Great communication throughout and the car was very well presented in there indoor showroom. Test drive wasn't an issue even though several cars had to be moved. Great transaction, very smooth with no pressure to buy. Highly recommended 👌 Thanks guys, I'm really pleased with the Volvo and wouldn't hesitate to buy from you again.

I purchased a car from Lux Performance in August my first venture into the categorised car market, I was apprehensive at first but Imran and his team put me at ease they had photos of the original damage and talked me through the repair that had been carried out, The car has been unbelievable my first X5 and with really low mileage for around 15k under market price, the car has been into BMW main dealers for an oil service at my request and it came back with a glowing inspection report. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lux Performance for a car purchase. Thanks again lads much appreciated.

Bought a 2023 defender on 22/04/2024. Car was a cat s. Seller provided me with pre accident photos. It was my wifes dream car, car has been absolutely perfect well over a year on now. Really happy with the services provided. Thanks once again.

Wife’s car was on the way out so thought I would see whats on autotrader, came across this company ‘Lux Performance’ whose specialize in Cat N and Cat S repaired cars, so I googled what Cat is all about, apparently a cat vehicle is a vehicle that the insurance say would cost more than the car is worth to repair it. So they write it off, Cat N is very light damage where as Cat S is structural. Now if you are like me you would think it was crushed and fixed, but in reality most Cat S are fully repairable. I saw a practically new Mercedes GLA for sale at a fraction of what it costs in dealership, so called Lux Performance, the call answered immediately by Imran (The boss) first question was “ how bad was it” , Imran gave me all the details regarding the car, in that it was only door / pillar damage, that was perfectly repaired. I then checked their reviews and found one Neg that they sold a car after a buyer travelled 3 hours. So to avoid that I left a £200 deposit to reserve the car. Imran immediately took the advert off autotrader. I travelled 4 hours by train from Essex to Halifax, as soon as I got out station Imran called and said he would pick me in less than 2 mins which he did. Drove me to his showroom gave me the keys and left me to inspect the car on my own, I get a bit nervous trying to inspect when seller is peering over my shoulder, so was happy when Imran went upstairs, I checked if any gaps, repair marks, door spacing, and all around , it was perfect. Even had quarter tank fuel. Went to his office and completed the deal. Drove the car back to Essex in 5 hours, drives as straight as an arrow, perfect drive back, I can’t fault Lux Performance from start to finish, outstanding customer service. Would recommend 100%

Just purchased a new Jaguar from Lux Performance and couldn’t be happier! I got a fantastic deal, and the vehicle was delivered to London within just one day — incredibly fast and efficient. The salesperson was extremely attentive and went above and beyond, especially when I had a minor issue with the EV. Their support and service were excellent throughout the entire process.
