Genuine & extremely thorough company! First & foremost, when I enquired about & purchased my BMW 330e, I dealt with Rameez & he was fantastic! - Communication was very good & when I agreed to buy the vehicle I requested a few alterations & cosmetic detailing which were carried out to a tee. When I came to collect to vehicle is was handed over to me in immaculate condition with a slow-motion cloth reveal which was a nice touch! I had to contact them again after a few months with a few, very small aftersales issues which were dealt with to my satisfaction. All in all, I would highly recommended this garage & not only will I be using them for my future servicing needs, they will be the first company I call upon when it's time to change my car in a few years time. Bought an RS3 Saloon from Rameez back in December, circumstances meant I'd been left without a car and was in need of one quite quickly. Travelled up on a Saturday to view the car, car had a couple of maintenance bits, just front brakes that were coming to the end of their life and some tidying on the interior that needed sorting, worked out a deal with Rameez to sort a fresh MOT as well as a small issue with the fuel flap not shutting (common on all A/S/RS3) and I'd sort out the rest with some money off. Rameez did offer to sort everything for me, but the issue was I needed the car on very short notice for a work function, Rameez couldn't have been more helpful and pulled out all the stops to have the car prepped and ready by Monday afternoon for me, including a wash too, no idea how he had the time to get it all sorted, really can't be happier with the service and I was able to travel for work no issue. The car was priced well and the spec was perfect, and now it's had everything sorted; I've got a perfect spec, well maintained car which is very rare for any RS3. Had the car for a few months and a few thousand miles now, all good. No pressure sales and had a good time chatting with Rameez generally about cars and their lovely stock. Usually I'd avoid the Leeds/Bradford area for car sales, but it's clear Opus are a cut above the rest.
