Stoneacre Halifax Haley Hill

Brought my vehicle in for some repair work. Catherine and Elliot were fantastic from the Service department. Will be definitely using the again for any works carried out on my vehicle in the foreseeable future. Thanks guys.

I can't say how disappointed I am with this dealership, went in 8 days ago to put a £200 deposit down for them to bring over, inspect and fully prep a Volvo V40 T3 R design(black one at £12000). Came down this morning as agreed to test drive with the intentions of driving away with it as we had agreed a part exchange too. During the test drive the washer fluid low light popped up so I'm not sure what multipoint inspection, MOT and service had been done. After the test drive and the vehicle has dried off after being wet we walked round it to make sure we was happy. Only to notice scratches around the car but more importantly a dent and scratch on the rear wheel arch panel and door as seen in the picture beneath. This was going to be a birthday present from my parents. In the 70 photos of the car listed they had the cheek to not show it or mention it and expected to palm it off too us. Richard was a lovely guy to deal with, very friendly and attentive. Just a shame the dealership he works for doesn't take as much pride in their work as he does. I expected better from a large dealership. Now they've got the cheek to put the car back up for sale £495 more than original asking price and still haven't shown pictures of the right hand side close up or referenced the dent and scratches. Tut tut

Purchased a car in December, was upsold the warranty. Come February the car has engine failure and is undrivable. After two weeks of waiting to hear back from warranty and no response, chase and another two weeks with no response. July comes around, further engine failure, car is completely undrivable. Arrange for the car to be recovered to the dealership to be repaired. 2 weeks without the car, get it back, not 6 weeks later the same issue again. Stoneacre are refusing to take responsibility for recovery of the vehicle to be inspected. Dealerships seem to enjoy playing pass the parcel with customers when you call, transferring you blind to their colleagues to explain the issue all over again. The service has been absolutely atrocious from the dealership and the warranty upsell isn't worth the paper it's written on, so even if you do lose your mind and buy a vehicle from these charlatans don't fall for any of their upsells!

Bought a car from Richard Tokar, Fantastic service, polite, helpful and all the staff were amazing. The process was easy , definitely recommended to anyone thinking of purchasing a new car.

I recently visited Stoneacre and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The Service Manager Ben was professional, helpful and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Their communication was excellent keeping me informed. A special mention also to Martin the mechanic who was not only incredibly patient in explaining everything to me but also did a fantastic job. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable - plus, he is easy on the eyes! Overall a fantastic experience and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Stoneacre for their top customer service.
