Absolutely thrilled with my new Tesla. Service was great and friendly. They didn't allow anyone else to come and view the car whilst we made the 4+hour drive up to view it, which was very much appreciated. The journey back in the Tesla was a real joy, an absolute dream to drive. Very happy 😊

Well what can I say? Absolutely exceptional service from my first enquiry to the after sales care. Excellent communication and a very polite, friendly and helpful business offering excellent cars at the very best price! After viewing a car for sale on the Autotrader website I called Wellroyd Motors as I was looking for a first car for my eldest son (aged 18) Ahmed (at Wellroyd Motors) didn’t immediately have a car in stock that suited what we were initially looking for but he took the time to search around and see if he could find something that he could acquire on our behalf. After initially looking at a VW Golf he had in stock, but subsequently sold, he made us aware of another Golf that was becoming available shortly. After I managed to get a reasonably priced insurance quote for the Golf we told Ahmed we would be interested in taking a look at the Golf. When we came to view it we were over the moon that the car was just as described and was exactly what we were looking for. We had viewed a few cars elsewhere and this was the first time we had found a good quality, neat and tidy car with a full VW service history. We placed a deposit and Ahmed very quickly had the car cleaned and valeted and ready to collect. He helped us with some paperwork and nothing was ever too much trouble no matter how many times I messaged him… One of the reasons we chose Wellroyd Motors was because of the 3 month warranty which they provided. We did have a couple of non-major issues with the car that needed addressing following our purchase (these issues were nothing that Wellroyd Motors could have been aware of prior to sale and only became apparent after use) but Ahmed was very easy to contact and extremely helpful. He even collected and dropped off the car to get the issues sorted. On returning the car after it had been fixed he had the car fully cleaned which I found thoughtful and just a really lovely touch, going above and beyond what I would have expected from a car dealer. I honestly can’t recommend Wellroyd Motors enough, they have restored mine and my husband’s faith in car dealers. I’ve recommended them to my friends and I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them again when we are looking for another car. Thank you Wellroyd Motors! You are the best!!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Reserved a car over the phone and drive 2 hours only to be told it had been sold. Update: After leaving my review I have had a call from the owner threatening me. Not a very nice individual at all.
