Aviva arranged a reservation for a car after an accident, arrived at 8.10am, was out the door by 8.20am, lovely girl on the counter who asked for license and insurance, typed a few details into the computer and took me out to the car. Got an upgrade to a larger car, which was much similar to my current car, which was brill, Quick service, Very informative, lovely group of people. Cars top notch!! Cheers!!! 😆
Received fantastic service from this company. They went above and beyond to get me a hire car that I felt comfortable driving whilst my car was being repaired. I had the car for 9 days a vauxhall Corsa absolutely lovely to drive. They even picked me up to collect the hire car and dropped me back home when I dropped the hire car back to them today. Would highly recommend, very friendly and helpful staff thank you all.
If you don't know the law, they will take advantage of this and try to get more money from you. UPDATE They are sick people work there I did booking van for today 11/11/2025 they cancel my booking because I don't have a credit card. It's a bullshit. They are rubbish .
Halifax and Southampton (Adam Cam) have failed me big time. I cannot get a response from them about the £600 overcharge and no one will give me a statement of hire which itemizes their charges over 3 months -is there a dispute resolution service or even an email address to complaint to -please.
Clean brand new vehicles. Easy to book online. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.
