Outstanding Service from Car Parts Centre I can’t recommend Car Parts Centre highly enough. I needed two front dampers for my Nissan eNV200 electric van, which turned out to be far from straightforward. After contacting numerous suppliers, I discovered that the correct parts for the electric version are extremely difficult to source on the aftermarket. Even the main dealers were unable to supply both sides within 6–8 weeks. The team at Car Parts Centre took on the challenge without hesitation. They managed to obtain one side within 2–3 weeks and the other within 4–5 weeks, which was impressive given the circumstances. Communication and service throughout were excellent, and the parts supplied were spot on and importantly at a competitive price they fitted perfectly when installed by my local mechanic. Thanks to their dedication and persistence, Car Parts Centre will now always be my first choice for parts. Truly excellent service from start to finish.
Excellent customer service and good value, why all companies dont use whatsapp is beyond me. Delivered all parts within a couple days. Box did turn up damaged however probably due to courier. Will definitely use again
Absolutely ‘EXCELLENT’ service - yes capitals worthy!! I was desperate for a pair of front discs for my Scooby, they had them in stock and promised next day delivery. Part sold was faulty. After trying to get in touch through email several times for two weeks I was asked to swap to Whatsapp, had to re-explain the issue, again was forgotten about for another two weeks even when reminded then was called a liar when I finally spoke up about the wait being ridiculous. I'm now on the naughty step and getting the silent treatment for that. A-Z offered to accept a return of the part 30 days after I first got in touch but it was too late by that point as I had to find an alternative in the meantime.
Part arrived before expected, good value for money and friendly customer service. I'll be ordering from them again!
