Golden Hand Car Wash

Had my car washed twice at this car wash. Friendly staff and they do extras that other car washes skip past. Good service, will continue to use. Thank you

They do a good job on the car wash. Can rush if its busy.

My partner and I have been loyal customers to this car wash since we moved to Pye Nest 3 years ago. We went last weekend to get my car washed. Firstly I have a sun roof and I saw that they did not clean the roof at all. Secondly, my alloys were absolutely filthy still after the wash. Finally, the young member of staff ripped off my back window wiper. When I challenged the staff about it they had hidden it and said it must have been broken when I had arrived. I know this is not the case as I saw him accidentally rip it off with his sponge. The man tried to reattach it which I appreciate but I need a new wiper blade. They did not admit any fault then had the audacity to charge me for the clean to which I declined to pay which they agreed with. It’s such a shame as if they had admitted fault, been truthful and not asked for payment at the end I probably would have return as mistakes happen. We will not bring any of our cars to this establishment in the future.

Very good car wash

Don't go to this car wash if you value your paintwork. My car was given a very quick pressure wash down, followed by snow foam which was also rinsed off, then I was directed to the exit where they began to chamois leather the bonnet. I assumed they'd just forgotten to sponge wash the car so flagged one of the men down but he told me they only do the sponge wash for "really dirty cars" and mine didn't need it (the dirt still on much of my car which hadn't been washed for about 8 weeks says otherwise). I kept insisting (since I was paying for the service) but they weren't having it. Still charged me full price. Car is still dirty and has some lovely road grit scratches on the paintwork now.
