This place is a joke ! I should have check the reviews before I decide to go there . Firstly I have been told that if I want mini valet it will take 2hr or more because it’s “busy” - I was the only car there lol , 3 guys just sat on chairs doing nothing. I said Im the only 1 here it doesn’t look busy to me but the guy kept saying it’s busy so I said ok let’s do just wash and dry and wheels. After 5 min he said it’s all done , Im like oo ok thank you are the wheels done as well ? He said yes and charged me £8. The car isn’t washed or dry at all and the wheels wasn’t even touched! What a joke this place is ! Such a waste of time and money
Just been to get my car washed, the place was empty with no other cars waiting and staff just sat down smoking, they refused to clean my car because they were “too busy”. When questioned they just told me to go. Drove to another car wash in Kings Cross who were a lot busier but cleaned my car immediately with no issues.
Had my car washed 2 days ago the workers were unprofessional and the state of the carwash was disgusting. I thought I give them a chance. but the wash was horrible they use the same sponge on the wheels and the body had a few scratches on the bonnet as I got home.i wouldn't recommend this carwash it's awful. ill give it a 0 out of 10
Had a mini valet done today, did an amazing job for £18. They were busy but still took the time to make sure the car was cleaned to a high standard. Friendly guys and good service. Would recommend and will use again in the future.
Very poor. I will have to wash my car again myself 😤
