Amazing experience with my aligner treatment by Dr Alexandros Rossos. I’ve had no issues at all, I understood the process well and the environment was friendly and professional. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend.

It’s such a loooooooooong process, being on the waiting list for your child to have braces. But once accepted the team here are fantastic. Professional, friendly and do a great job. My daughter has had her braces off today and the results are amazing. I’m even thinking of coming back to have private treatment myself. I was very shy and embarassed before I had my braces put in, even going in to the orthodontics and having to get pictures of them. After 2 years of having my braces put in I am happy with how straight my teeth are and can finally smile with confidence :) The staff are pleasant and I would definitely recommend this orthodontics !!

Once my braces were off, they didn’t address issues with my retainers. The bottom ones don’t fit properly and are uncomfortable and sharp on gums. I’ve emailed for help with no response. Communication throughout treatment was frustrating and difficult as well.

Avoid at all costs, shocking company, terrible customer services, refused my daughter treatment on the NHS despite hospital confirmation that she was eligible then made up false documentation/ descriptions of conversations that never happened to use as evidence as part of the complaint raised. Didn’t adhere to any GDPR legislation, wouldn’t release their complaint procedure, shocking that they are able to continue
