Boothtown Surgery

New to the surgery. Couldnt order prescriptions online spoke to a lovely young lady said somwone would call same day. 5 days later no call ring and speak to the rudest person ive have ever had the mispleasure to . I was spoke down infact she was so awful im sat crying writing this review. When im told my meds should be at the chemist. How would i actually know this when i havent been informed at all. This is my very first interaction with this surgery. And couldnt be more disappointed .manners cost nothing ans im never rude . .

Imagine how I’m struggling with my mental health and I have been taking my depression medication for three years and they hold my prescription to review three days and the reception ask me to calm down what kind of gp and stuff to tell illness patients with mental health !!! It’s better to turn your gp to park

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!!! My elderly mom was very sick with infection the receptionist promised she'd alert the doctor to call me back, waited 3 and a half hours for them and they didn't call me back & the surgery is closed now!!!

Never ever answer the phone on 1st attempt, you ring at 7 59 and the answer machine says the surgery is closed, ring at 8 on the dot and you are 8th in the queue to then wait for over 30mins to a hour to talk to someone to then get fobbed off by them too....a complete waste of time...!!!

There’s a video circulating of ur receptionist who is being seen, being racist specifically towards Asians, how disgusting! Is this the staff u hire?
