I explored the abandoned bingo hall next to it and fell off the roof but they gave me 10/10 emergency service
Absolutely disgusting. Dr Mostafa called me for a review requested by my GP. He spent the call complaining about how the NHS is being ran and instead of trying to help he folded behind that. The letter he wrote detailing the appointment we had was a joke, I specifically said that I am surviving, that I don't leave my house, he NEVER MENTIONED ANY OF THIS. Not once he assessed me for self harm, again he was moaning about how he can't do anything and cruising it. Don't get your hopes up, don't waste your time, they are a joke and they don't care. I recorded the call so will be taking this further. How dare you treating people like this?!
I was referred from the crisis team to here & I’ve found the service benefical to my health. I’ve had support from several drs/nurses! Dr Mostafa, Tanya & Hannah from the vocational team. All staff I’ve come across have showed empathy, care & consideration to my thoughts & wishes regarding my care plan. I would 1000% recommend this service to anyone in need.
It took quite a long time to get an appointment, so we were happy to get in. At first we we struck by the large building 90% empty. The original staff did well, their brows suffused by the gentle glow of following the appropriate guidelines. They started prescribing appropriate medication, and following up by phone. This was ok, but face to face would have been far better. After a time they asked if we were satisfied about the medication and side effects. I said I was not sure: they discharged us STAT! They said if we had any further questions they would still speak to us although we had been discharged. A few weeks later I phoned and asked to speak to the nurse. She said we had been discharged and would not speak to us. Good-bye. I wonder what the original Laura Mitchel would think of them?
I've been coming here for a while been a fair few months.Didn't realise there was a limit to how many sessions I can hav for me it's roughly 20.My therapist Rebecca Barker(reminds me of my form tutor/art teacher Miss Bispham jus glasses & hair colour very similar)is brilliant has helped me thru wiv my difficult thoughts & suicidal ideation.Often come in wiv a low mood feel slightly better when I get things off my chest. My mood is often up & down my understanding of the human race is probably completely different from everyone else's i hav my personal opinions & beliefs and I stick by them because for me it's da truth. Not existing is much better than being a human. It's being a human that causes you problems causes u umpteen issues whether small or large.Added bonus I guess my therapist is pretty beautiful it's nice to see her face on an often uneventful rather boring Tuesday morning. We hav worked thru changes how to think cognitive behaviour therapy is da correct term i believe. Her timekeeping skills probably not da best can start mayb 1 or 2 mins late sumtimes however attendance is excellent only had da 1 cancellation due 2 her being ill(I had a different therapist sumwhere else 3 cancelled appointments wivin a couple of months)Also got extra assistance and support 👍 when unemployed needing a job Rebecca recommended me to a different department wivin Laura Mitchell health & Wellbeing centre IPS I was told wat it stood 4 but I hav forgotten Taiba Ahmad helped me as well thanks Taiba
