I wish i can leave a Zero review. Inefficient staff. Book me for the blood test twice. And after calling ang waiting for the interview they book an telephonic appointment in which gp said that tomorrow other gp will call you who prescribe you the blood test between 12:00-1:00 and today nurse call me for repeat blood test. When i told them that its already done twice she said sorry talk to your gp your appointment is on friday now. Gp will call you. Leadership manager is soo rude she dont want to resolve or understand any thing whole effort she put to wipe her staff mistakes. (Blunder)
I have been a patient at Queen’s Road Surgery and recently experienced appalling treatment. I attended with severe, constant shoulder/neck/arm pain lasting over 4 weeks. After seeing a GP and being prescribed Naproxen, my pain became worse overnight. I followed NHS 111’s advice, was offered an ambulance (which I declined so I could travel myself), and was clearly referred back to my GP for urgent review. When I contacted the surgery, the receptionist rudely refused an appointment, despite me explaining the 111 referral and worsening pain. When my wife attended in person, the same receptionist behaved unprofessionally in front of other patients, accusing us of lying. A senior staff member later called me, repeatedly interrupting and dismissing me, even denying my 111 referral until the records proved otherwise. Even then, I was refused an appointment and told to go to A&E. This is unacceptable patient care, both in attitude and in failing to follow NHS 111 referral procedures. Patients deserve to be listened to, treated respectfully, and taken seriously when in severe pain. I will be escalating this as a formal complaint.
Fantastic appointment with Azka not my surgery is another one but sometime they work together had an appointment here and she spent the time and effort and asked questions usually after 5 mins they want to get rid of you.
Is there any point of the Online Patches service??? I must have used this 4 times in the last year and EVERY single time, I have either failed to get an appointment or service I requested. Why bother directing people to this if you are blatantly going to ignore any requests coming through Patches?! Absolute waste of time. Better to wait 2 hours to get through on the phone. Its the lesser of 2 evils.
always a good experience at this surgery, just called in today for a diabetic foot check, reception staff were great and appointment was on time and was out of there within 15 minutes, well done!
