Great service from all. Spoke to Jackie who tried to help me with a sensor I needed to disarm for decorating, she was as helpful as possible but we couldnt sort. My maintenance was due any way so she sorted an engineer within a couple of days. Lovely man (Chris) arrived at the agreed time and date. He worked round my 3 young grandchildren and sorted my problem with no hassle at all. He also said he will pop back once decorating finished and re fit the sensor. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Engineer jamie provided an excellent service , great communication and patience as we had no wi fi on site when he arrived. But he reassured us along every step taken and was really polite all the way threw.

We are very grateful to Halifax Security Technologies for their expert advice and their friendly, professional service. We were highly impressed from our initial contact through to the finished installation. They were always punctual and were happy to spend time explaining the technology side of things once the system was installed. Halifax Security fitted our alarm system 28 years ago. It has been serviced every year since with very few problems in all those years. Fabulous service, friendly professional technicians. Would certainly recommend you to anyone.
