We have recently used Bramleys for the sale of a residential property. I would highly recommend them as they have been nothing but professional, efficient, considerate and all round blooming amazing! I'd like to give a special mention to Joeanne who helped us through the process, considering the company buying our house was extremely difficult to deal with, we couldn't have done it without Joeanne's support - so thank you Joeanne. The only thing I'd like to mention is that their office for dropping keys on completion date is in Elland not Halifax town centre as we thought and google says. We didn't know until we were on our way to drop the keys - thank you Joeanne again for helping me stay calm at this particular moment xx
