I rented a property from Walker Singleton for several years. I found them professional and quick to respond to queries and issues. I would mention Robert Brown specifically. He was my point of contact and was always very polite and helpful.
Rented a property though Walker Singleton from March 2022. Sam Weatherill was a pleasure to deal with and made the process straightforward. Sam was quick to answer any queries and promptly rectified any issues we had during our tenancy. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam as a lettings agent.
Highly unprofessional, not fair, incompetent and customer service is very poor. I have used the company on a few occasions and I have always been let down by the service I have received. A few months ago I put in an offer to purchase a building. They told me to provide them with evidence of the funds which I did straight away. After that, I was told that my offer was the highest and it had been sent to the customer for their approval. I regularly called them to check an update and I was always told that the seller hadn't replied. I have been waiting for five months and a few days ago I called the phone was answered by a new staff member who checked and told me that my offer was never sent to the customer and the building has been sold. I spoke to the person who was dealing with me who told me there was some misunderstanding. He told me to send the evidence again which I did and after a few days, I was told it had been rejected. I am sure it was just a drama to avoid a complaint.
Walker Singleton have recently handled our house purchase. Everything has been spot on. We have dealt with other agents in our search for a house and been disappointed. Our experience has been very positive. Katie was great- friendly, helpful and honest. Gill was a superstar and we felt in safe hands! Excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble and we are thrilled to be in our first home. Thank you everybody!
What a fantastic service we received selling our home with Walker Singleton. We mainly dealt with Lisa and have to say she was super efficient, kept us informed at every stage and what to next expect. The whole process was faultless and they couldn't have done more for us. Would highly recommend
