We were so glad we contacted Amanda and her professional team. Unfortunately we lost both our lovely Mum in April 2025. Then we lost our loving Dad in August 2025. Both our family funerals were carried out by Amanda. We all felt although Dad's funeral was a burial therefore more expensive, The personal little touches were there in both funerals. Which really makes the day not only run smoothly, But made us feel like Amanda really cares about the service they provide. many thanks Leigh, Valla, Dean and Visha Reynolds
Can I say a very big thank you to Amanda Dalby and her team. The funeral of John Hardy was a truly wonderful occasion. Her attention to detail was very well executed before, during and after the funeral service. Thank you for making a sad day such a pleasant one.
My wife used Amanda Dalby Funeral Services for her fathers funeral. From the onset of visiting the parlour she found Amanda to be both understanding and compassionate whilst offering her professional expertise and guidance. She not only met the specific requests but far exceeded expectations. Amanda took the worry out of the planning and gave my wife's dad the send off he deserved.

Had to give one star, no option for my choice of zero. This woman walked about during the funeral service, actually bumping me during a prayer. Her 'phone went off during the service and altogether it felt as though this whole event was being run by Monty Python. Absolutely zero respect combined with a chaotic lack of management and control of both herself and the event as a whole.
