Angelcare Funeral Services

Back in September we had to use Angelcare services for my mum. The providers were so kind and talked us through the process with such care and attention. To top it all we had to use Homeland International for repatriation to Italy. It was a complex procedure and everything had to be timed to perfection. Craig (funeral director) guided us every step of the way and kept his promise to get us there as quickly as possible. This was all done within 3 weeks. Mason (deputy funeral director) also treated us with compassion. They worked extremely hard to give us the professional service we needed. Contacting a funeral director is one of the hardest things iv ever had to do after loosing my dad, but Craig and the team at angel care made the whole process as easy as they could! The care for my dad and the family was next to none and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing send off they helped give my dad. They were there for us every step of the way. I thought Mum’s funeral went as well as it could. Craig from Angelcare gave the family lots of help in the run up to it and ensured that all the details were in place to make sure that we had no concerns about logistics on the day, which was very important to us It was a comfort to use Angelcare, as we felt there were people involved who knew Mum and we didn’t need to start from scratch. I am very grateful to Craig and Angelcare for using their skills to deliver a fitting send off for Mum.

Nobody wants to have to speak to a funeral directors, but from the initial phone call I knew I had picked the right person, after speaking to Mason. Funerals are expensive, but Angelcare were competitively priced and fully transparent about all costs. I will never be able to thank Mason enough for everything he did for myself and my family. He's a true gentleman and for him taking care of people and their loved ones, when they most need it, isn't a job or even a career, it's who he is. Mason spent hours of his time just speaking to us, time he didn't have to take out of his life, just to chat and be a person and it means so much. Throughout the whole funeral process, before and after, Mason consistently checked I understood everything, knew what was needed and made sure all of my questions were answered. He's a wonderful person and a fantastic funeral director, I'm so grateful for all of his help and care.
