It is a real shame to be writing this because the gentleman I spoke with seemed very nice, but I am disappointed with the service. I brought our car in to have the tyre protectors removed, the back-left alloy damage repaired, and a front-right protector replaced. I even explicitly offered to pay extra to fix damage on the front-left alloy that wasn't covered by my warranty that was leftover from the previous owner. We walked around the car and I pointed out this damage. We agreed on this plan, yet when I got the car home, my boyfriend realised the only thing actually done was the removal of the protectors. The alloys remain scuffed and damaged; no refurbishment was even attempted. Had I been told the work wasn’t possible, I would have gone through the dealership to find another specialist. The car now looks so much worse than when I dropped it off because the scuffs are fully exposed now that the protectors are gone. I would never have authorised removing the protectors if the repairs weren't being done. I’m very confused as to why the job was only half-finished and why, at the point of collection, nobody mentioned that the main part of the work hadn't been touched. A real shame as the rest of the reviews seem to pair up with the in person experience. I am now going to be out of pocket getting the alloys re-coated or new tyre protectors put back on in order to hide the damage.

Both me and my partner have used Atlas Garage for numerous repairs, MOT and general maintenance for our vehicles. All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Every time our cars have been in we have been kept in the loop with updates on time scales and every job we have had done has been priced amazingly! Couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend for anyone looking for good work without the rip off prices!

Came across this garage while looking for wet belt replacement on transit custom owners group, booked in and had it done and couldn’t recommend them enough, my van was up and running and ready the next day after dropping it off giving me minimal downtime as I use it daily, will definitely be back for any other work I need doing to it, thanks guys!

Great service, reliable honest, dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. Fantastic prices!!! I went here after receiving a quote from a big company who quoted me £1300 ...took the car to Atlas garages to be assessed...over half the work was not needed that had been quoted by previous company and the total bill came to £390 including labour for two new bearings, front pads and disks, rear brakes, small repair to the exhaust (quoted as needing a full exhaust replacement from the other company ...turned out it was a simple bracket replacement.) All parts changed were available to view and I was given a full breakdown of the work carried out. Will use this garage from now on...only drawback is they don't do MOT certificates however will do pre MOT checks and work at much cheaper price than competitors! Cant recommend enough!
