I want to say a massive thank you to topcoat for their services, I would 1000% recommend to anyone & everyone! I took my car there after someone had reversed into it whilst parked, just looking for some advice/a quote on the damages. From the minute I stepped foot in there I felt at ease, both Lee & Catherine were so welcoming & helpful and advised how best to go forward. That same day I was put in a courtesy car and they got the ball rolling with my car. I am so happy with the results and finish of my car, you would never know that it had been bumped! Great service, couldn’t recommend highly enough. Staff friendly and updated me every step of the way. The staff were keen to make the process of repairs following a non fault car accident as least stressful as possible. Repairs completed to a high standard and pride taken in their work. Very happy indeed! Absolutely can’t fault anything

Amazing service. My car was badly damaged by a lorry that tore the side off it when parked and didn't stop but thankfully it was caught on cctv and Topcoat sorted everything for us, arranging for an accident management company to deal with the insurance claim, providing a lovely new courtesy car and bringing my car back from the dead after we thought it was a write off. They made it incredibly stress free, were amazingly helpful and flexible and the car looks fantastic. Couldn't recommend more.
