I had boiler issue around 9pm, had no hot water or heat, did not know what I should do. Googled around and came across this company, just by guiding me over the phone after approx.5min they managed to solve the problem so smoothly and free of charge!!! I was over the moon and so grateful for their quick response and extremely friendly service. Highly recommended⭐️

Had our Viessmann boiler serviced by Phil this afternoon. Friendly guy and took the time to explain everything to me, even after having a nightmare of a job in the morning which over-ran (completely understandable, these things happen and he did apologise). Will certainly use Thompsons in future! Service record and invoice are sent electronically after the job is completed.

I would highly recommend this company the engineer that came out to repair a leak on my bathroom radiator put a new valve on came after previous plumber didn't do the job correctly the young man was very professional and cleaned up after himself and left the place immaculate. He was polite and courteous all the time he was there thank you Lennon it was a good job. Once again the fixing of my expansion tank and a new kitchen tap. Can highly recommend this company. Professional job. Left everything clean and tidy. Thank you Thomas excellent job.

First time using this company and more than happy to use again. The gas engineer arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. He did a thorough job of servicing the boiler and also adjusted the hot water pressure which was way too fierce, caused a mess if you turned the kitchen sink tap too far. Very pleased; I am a happy customer who will return.

Original service by the company was poor. The guy who came to serve us didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Installed our boiler awfully and decided to duct tape it to the wall because the glue/moulding wasn't holding it. He also propped it up with a PVC pole. I complained to the company and left a 1* review. This was picked up the next day by the manager, who came out with the same guy to ensure he fixed his mistakes. The worker and the manager came and refitted the entire boiler and our cupboards back into place all in one sitting. Manager was an incredibly nice, apologetic, and thorough guy. Very happy he came out to sort things out as I was feeling very anxious about the state it was left in previously. Thanks! Now we have hot water again AND our kitchen put back together.
