Beechwood Medical Centre

I had a face to face appointment today with Dr T Hussain. He took time to listen and go through my concerns and explained things. He was running late before me and certainly after me, but I really appreciate that he did take time, as it meant I was reassured.

I've only visited this medical centre once, but I must say, I was impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the nurses. They were very courteous and took the time to listen to my concerns before proceeding with the necessary treatment. The waiting area was clean and tidy, and the appointment started promptly. Although I can't speak for the overall service, based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this medical centre for anyone seeking medical attention. The staff here seem to be knowledgeable and efficient, which is exactly what you want in a healthcare setting. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with the care I received and wouldn't hesitate to come back if needed in the future.

I registered with Beechwood 2 years ago after moving. I have NEVER struggled with an appointment. Calls get answered and they try to accommodate. The receptionist asks questions but don't try diagnose, they look for an appropriate appointment for your needs. I've had tests done, they follow up with the results. The doctors are really good and explain everything. Can't fault them at all.

My daughter rang to get to see/ speak to a dr regarding her 6week old daughter who might have a milk intolerance to be told they carnt see her so rang 111 who was disgusted and said they should of seen her as she’s only a baby so rang go surgery back to be told won’t see her there not an emergency department even though there 5 mins down the road from where we live my granddaughter is in pain and cannot tolerate baby formula as the same as her sister had receptionist told my daughter to go to a&e 111 told my daughter not to give her any more of the baby formula so wats she supposed to feed her baby fresh air these drs have gone so far down hill receptionist was rude too I will be looking to move drs as soon as I can

Called explaining I had important appointment for my son so needed my medication on the thursday today not tomo as I cant move without the medication. And can't get it till 9 am and appointment was at 9 30 am in Manchester was told basically tough were not doing it witch means I can't take my son to the appointment that waited year for. I asked talk to doctor got told no and then they hung up what a disgusting practice this is they think they can control people life's for fun what a joke
