Very friendly staff. From office staff to doctors and nurses. Always genuinely friendly and helpful. They explain everything and do everything in a caring and gentle way. Also normally seen on time. Really great experience. Also if you park on the main road by the department its cheaper or free if you have a blue badge. Has disabled fully accessible toilet.
Appauling! Got a letter for my son for an appointment and on the letter it said report to Calderdale royal hospital reception to then to speak to not 1 but 20 members of staff to find out they all don’t know about the department or the dr who it stated on the letter!!!! Spent 30 mins trying to search for it to then be refused to be seen by this said dr apon arrival. The place isn’t even located in the hospital it’s an outer building which is not stated on the letter and has no directions to it either Now my 1 year old who’s waited months for this appointment for his seizures will now likely be discharged down to there great direction instructions Avoid and get sent somewhere else if you can the staff are so rude
Very helpful and professional staff in my experience. I have MS and have to use a mobility scooter (although I'm only 40 something!). Anyway they help me on and off the scooter and the staff even help getting the scooter into my car after my appointment. Treatment wise they always explain very thoroughly what they are going to do.
Your department needs closing down!! How can you not tell someone about a condition that 3 members of her family have died from? +I found out what the problem with my health all by myself
Not a place i go for fun.. but clean and friendly staff
