In the world of sales.. they say “ You buy from people you like”! Well this is true also of my choosing Wilby’s as my Insurance Brokers for my home insurance, car insurance and rental properties cover ! As a long standing customer, I have really appreciated the professional, friendly and cheerful help that Naomi and Alan have given me. It is always a pleasure to ring them and have my queries answered, and I have always felt confident they have found me the best deals. For me, my insurance cover has been an essential purchase for peace of mind, particularly for my former rentals. Without hesitation I would recommend the firm, but crucially, the key people I have known there, namely Naomi and Alan. Thank you for all your help.

Approached me back in early February with this pitch.........Following on from our earlier conversation, as I mentioned on the phone we have put together a specialist insurance scheme aimed at your type of business and with you being a local company we would be really keen to work with you and provide you with a competitive quotation that covers your business insurance needs as a Model Shop. After 5 weeks couldn't even provide a quote. Totally useless.

We use Wilby Ltd for all our company's insurance and risk management needs and find that their staff go above and beyond to provide us with an excellent service. Our Account Executive Tom is very knowledgable and a great help in efficiently managing our complex insurance requirements. Would highly recommend this broker.

My car was written off and Wilbys was engaged to represent the company at fault. The broker I spoke to, Martin Brown, took no time to listen to me but constantly spoke over the top of me. When I refused to agree to the paltry amount being offered for my car and asked for details about the circumstances of the accident, he replied ". Our client does not have a duty to disclose information on how they operate their business to you". This was followed by veiled threats that if I didn't settle immediately, they would reduce the offer. Do not trust this company.

We have found Wilby really good to deal with, they seem to be straight talking and understand what we need without us having to go around the houses! They just get our business insurance sort out with no major fuss, just the way we like it
