Decent Laundrette, no frills. Plenty of machines with different sizes to choose from. Washes from £3-£5 per load, dryer £1 per 10 mins. Clean and tidy, manned during the week Bring soap and cash, change only given during the manned hours.
Most of the washers are out of order and there's no notice of *out of order* on washers. I put coins is washer and I found it's not working. Nobody is there to help you to get your money back, it's lost. Tried calling on given number but nobody answered. I saw a note on the inner door from someone else as well that he had put coins and 🧼 in washer and it didn't work.
Absolutely rubbish. Put a dryer on for £8 to come back and the clothes not dry at all. Couldn't find a contact number so tried in google. Called the number and no answer. Going to switch to Parkinson Lane from now on. They come give you soap if you need it and also change if you don’t have any. All you have to do is press the buzzer and someone always comes!
Decent enough place. Took a bit to figure out what goes where. Read the little markers on the soap drawers or you'll pay for a wash with no soap! Dispenser is usually out of order so take your own.
No customer service There is no employee ever on site. I put £6 in a large washer to wash my duvet. The machine didn’t start. I couldn’t get my money back. I tried calling the landline number several times. No one answers. The same number is displayed in the shop at various places. I even left a note on their door with my contact details. I’ve lost £6. I’ll never go back there.
