Brooke's Cleaners

Used the launderette for the first time last saturday afternoon, I didn't know what I was doing or anything. They lady who was working that Saturday afternoon was very helpful. She showed me how to use the machines, explained how they worked and how long they would take etc.

I called Laura at Brooke’s Cleaners yesterday morning with 8 3 piece suits & shirts to be steamed and pressed, I dropped these off at 3pm yesterday and they was delivered back to me this morning at 9:30am absolutely perfect, amazing service from the initial phone call to receiving the items back. Thanks Laura. You’ve got a customer for life 🙌😊 Thanks Danny

Poor customer service i took my duvet to be cleaned as my puppy had an accident urinated on my bed the lady that served me made me feel like I was unclean anyone would have thought I'd asked her to clean it with her tongue instead of putting it in a machine I felt really uncomfortable a colleague of hers walked in and she said mind that duvet theres dog wee on it its not gonna kill ya love bet you've had to clean worse things !

I send my bedding to this company for ironing. The service is first class. It’s picked up from my house and swiftly ironed. The price for this is so reasonable in my opinion. ( have used other places, locally) The bedding comes back beautifully ironed and easy to store away. The staff are very friendly and provide me with a wonderful service! Give them a try, u won’t be disappointed.

Genuinely the best laundry/ironing service in Halifax. I used three other laundry companies before finding Brooke's and can honestly say their service is unmatched. From their responsiveness, customer service and pricing everything has been amazing. I have had bits of washing go missing with other providers but have been using Brookes for 2 years now and never had any issue. Without fail, each time the washing smells amazing and it's always collected/delivered in a timely manner. A special shout-out to Sharon. She is the delivery/collection driver for Brooke's and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a wonderful conversation. She is a genuine asset to the company and I feel she has a big part to play in why Brooke's service is so amazing and consistent. I don't often write reviews but I felt Brooke's deserved one based solely off how polite, courteous and hard-working Sharon is.
