Super Suds Launderette

I popped in today with a quilt I needed washing. Really helpful lady washed it and had it ready to collect just a few hours later which fitted in perfectly with my day. I don't know what washing powder was used but my quilt smells gorgeous. Thank you.

The business closes at 530pm so I turned up at 4pm to wash my clothes (30 mins max) and the employee/owner says it is too late and I would be "cutting it fine". If having an hour to spare after washing is "cutting it fine" then I am glad I didn't turn up any later. I decided to go elsewhere which appreciates business and doesn't actively avoid gaining customers. Avoid.

Haven't been to a laundrette for decades but the washing machine broken down so it was necessary. I am writing this review to thank the lady that helped us from the moment we got in to the moment we left showing endless patience and making sure we didn't shrink anything in the dryers. Thank you for excellent customer service.

They were closed, had walked all the way over from West Vale. No one answering the phone, waited outside for hours...no one there. Google said they were open, no idea where they are.

Rochelle is very professional and gives you a good feeling about how she runs her business. My laundry was excellently done. Highly recommend getting your laundry done here.
