Great value for gels and really gentle. I’m a chronic skin biter so I was a bit apprehensive but Huy was great and it didn’t hurt at all. Checked in with me throughout to make sure i liked the shape and style of the french tips :)

Get a set of acrylic nails done every 4 weeks here. Staff are friendly and really take their time with making sure the nails are up to your standard and are what you want. Love my nails every single time they have never slacked off with the quality and the staff are lovely, stayed open an extra 40 minutes for me and my friend and then didn’t want to except the tip I wanted to give them as a thank you. Highly recommend.

Cannot fault the nails -I’ve been surprised to see a few reviews about lifting etc -my BIAB easily last a month. My main issue is the waiting times -understand it can be busy but think there should be a sign advising of current waiting time -I’ve often waited over an hour and had to leave due to parking etc -completely wasting my time .Have seen people walking out in frustration quite often -give the customer an idea of wait times so they can make an informed decision whether to wait or not

I had a great experience the first time I visited Spa Break Nails in Halifax, but unfortunately, my second visit was extremely disappointing. This time, I was with an older male technician who had a very rude manner and tone. When he asked if I liked the shape of my nails, I mentioned that my thumbs looked too thick. Instead of addressing my concern, he abruptly responded, "I didn't ask about the thickness, I asked if you like the shape," which took me by surprise. His defensive attitude made the atmosphere very uncomfortable, and even other staff members looked over, seemingly shocked by his behavior. Later, when he asked if I wanted a thin or thick French tip, I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I felt awkward due to his previous attitude and briefly put my hand on my face, at which point he snapped, "Do not touch your face," while shaking his head at me. His tone was unnecessarily harsh, making me feel even more uncomfortable. The final result wasn’t great either. The French tips were too thin, showing the white of my natural nail underneath, but I felt too anxious to ask for any corrections after how I had been treated. Then, during my pedicure, he cracked one of my toenails while working on it. He added acrylic but didn’t match the length to my other foot, and I had to ask three times before he finally shortened it. To top it all off, I was unexpectedly charged £67—£13 more than my previous visit—because they had supposedly removed and redone my gel. However, I never requested this service, and all they did was soak my nails briefly and use the drill as usual. Overall, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, unheard, and overcharged. I won’t be returning. Shocking service!
