Boots Pharmacy

The central Boots in Halifax (on Market Street) is a reliable and very convenient one-stop shop for health and beauty needs. It's a good-sized store with the extensive product range you expect from Boots, covering everything from cosmetics to toiletries and essentials. The pharmacy is well-stocked and provides a comprehensive range of services, including prescriptions and health consultations, which is a huge benefit for anyone in the town centre. While it is always busy (a testament to its popularity), it remains the go-to place for both everyday shopping and essential pharmacy support.

Very dissappointing experience!!! I went there on a saturday morning to use the pharmacy first service and the lady had 0 knowledge about anything!!! I knew exactly what I needed which was just topical and not oral as I had it before. She asked me to see the wound on my arm and expected me to reapply the bloodied plaster back on!!!! I had to ask for a fresh one which she did end up giving. But surely its common sense regarding first aid!!! Will not be using their services again.

Disgraceful!! Over 40 minutes to collect a prescription with my 76 year old dad. What a joke!!! Had give 1 star in order to review!!!!

Prescriptions are invariably wrong, only half ready or not ready at all. Staff are either frantically running around or entirely absent.

So annoyed went in for prescription young man said he had to look for it told him I’d look round Halifax for an hour so it would give him plenty of time went back he hadn’t bothered! A lovely young girl had a look took her 5 minutes Wasted afternoon thought I was being nice if you can’t be bothered doing your job leave and claim benefits !!!
