Boulevard Pharmacy

Booked an appointment on line for Yellow fever vaccine for myself and my wife. Had a call from a member of staff unfortunately explaining that stock was low and couldn’t get the vaccine in time for our holiday. Due to prompt action and advice managed to source from another pharmacy. Thanks to the Boulevard staff for assisting.

I have had my repeat prescriptions with this pharmacy for months now & every month a day before my medication is about to finish I have to ring up to ask when I’ll be getting it! (Always reordered meds 1 week before they finish) It’s always either the driver has it or it’s on his way, all excuses! I’m sick & tired of begging them to deliver my medication on time & they reassure me it won’t happen again & it still does. I’ve been waiting all day today, it’s 18:15 now & they close in 15 minutes & still waiting for the incompetent delivery driver. I rang at 1pm & they told me he was delivering mine shortly & that was 5 hours ago & he’s still not here!

Very helpful staff especially Sadia. On point and delivered excellent service. All questions were answered thoroughly by her that was easy to understand for a layman like myself. The inclination to give me FREE BLOOD TEST which would have taken months by the gp was just the icing on the cake and showed their willingness to help the community. Overall very impressed and by far the best pharmacy I have interacted with 🙌

Please tell me what the point is of 'emergency meds'. When you call 111 or use their online service, they recommend pharmacies close to you who are SUPPOSED to help patients, instead they hide behind their silly little policies of - because your surgery is open, we can't help. It's emergency medication for a reason! It doesn't matter whether the surgery is open or not, the patient needs help and as a pharmacy you should put the patient's needs first above your policies or opinions!
