I am genuinely mind-blown by the service at this place! I used to go to Springhall Pharmacy purely for convenience, but over the past few years the service there has been really disappointing. This pharmacy, however, has now gone above and beyond on three separate occasions. Most recently, they actually posted my daughter’s prescription through my letterbox — wow! It was a prescription that was extremely difficult to obtain, and not only did they manage to get it, but when I hadn’t picked it up, they personally dropped it off. I even called to thank them because I was so touched by the level of care and kindness shown. The entire team works incredibly diligently, and their dedication truly shows. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions here from now on.

I have been a long term patient at Brook Pharmacy and I want to say a special thank you to Rumi who is always willing to go the extra mile. She is always very polite and professional and ensures the small details are taken care of.

On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Rumi. She delt with me promptly, was polite and friendly throughout.
