Ovenden Pharmacy - Weight Loss & Travel Clinic

I went into ovenden pharmacy yesterday and I was met with a lovely lady called Tracy, she was very knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase, she gave me advice and just lovely. It makes a lovely change to be treated with care and respect. I will definitely use this pharmacy again.

Twice I visited in the last 2 months. It’s very dirty, shelves, floor, door, cash til. I’m sure there is old hard blood “splodges” on the floor. I visited one Saturday morning so the blinds to the surgery were closed, it smelt appalling and it’s coming from the pharmacy- not the surgery. The service is slow they do not inform you of a wait tine. I was waiting 24 minutes and only at this point was I told they were waiting for a pharmacist to check my prescription. I’ve said it for many years, but I’m going to change where I go.

Booked an appointment with the pharmacist, arrived in time for appointment and was told with attitude from staff and muttering from the pharmacist he is not doing appointments today. Explained it was available and booked online and was still told no, I won't be seen, he is not doing appointments and to rebook. Needless to say, that won't be happening.

This pharmacy doesn’t keep to its operating time!!, im sat in the car park now and it’s closed after I’ve just got a text from 111 to pick up an emergency prescription,, what’s going on? …. Are they allowed to shut shop whenever they want to? So, if you have to come to Ovenden Pharmacy,, check it’s open first!!or, it’ll be a waste of your time and petrol!!

Was expecting more help with suggestions for diet and exercise from the weight loss clinic. All I got was a supply of mounjaro and instruction to follow a healthy diet. Online supply with app based help may be better.
