Queens Road Pharmacy

I visited Queens Road Surgery for an emergency appointment, I was not mobile and struggling to stand. The person behind made me wait, after asking me my name. She served another couple and then stated 10 mins later they were missing one of my items. I took the one they had due to the pain. I had to ask for some form of proof for when I collected the missing items. I rang the next day to be told they had ordered the wrong ones, I asked for them to be delivered due to not being able to drive. That was agreed. Then today, they couldn't deliver due to my address been out of area. If you use Queens road surgery, I highly recommend you dont let them send the prescription to Queens Road pharmacy. There are others close by and you wont be messed around. No accountability, no apology. AVOID

This pharmacy literally just saved our toddler from being at major risk of heart attack, stroke or aneurism due to our own pharmacy making a serious error. They worked really hard, phoned round sister stores, and eventually managed to procure these specialist, difficult to acquire drugs for us in less than an hour. It was incredible, and we can't thank them enough.

Very helpful and polite staff. Service can be a little slow at times when there are lots of customers but apart from that this pharmacy is great.
